Fees are for the customer connection, separate from the price of the service work. The posted price on an individual listing controls; you are never automatically charged for a lead.
What counts as a small or larger project?
Small residential painting includes one room up to 300 sq ft of floor area, up to 500 sq ft of walls or ceiling, up to 150 linear ft of trim, or up to four door sides. Multiple painting items, multiple rooms, cabinets, exterior work, larger dimensions, and commercial painting use the $35 category.
Small landscaping includes one mowing visit up to 10,000 sq ft or cleanup up to eight estimated labor hours. Mulching, larger measurements, and combined landscaping items use the $35 category. Plumbing requests above three fixtures/drains, electrical requests above five devices/fixtures or with a panel, and HVAC replacements use the $35 category. Window requests use the $35 category. The owner reviews the scope before publishing a listing.
