Who operates ProjectPorch
TRENDHIVE LLC operates ProjectPorch. Contact support@project-porch.com. This draft remains under review; public paid checkout is not open.
Exclusive lead purchases
You choose each marketplace lead and its displayed USD fee. There is no automatic purchase or recurring lead charge. Multiple eligible companies can see its summary; the first confirmed purchaser receives exclusive contact access. Checkout temporarily reserves the lead. Payment must be confirmed by Stripe before private details unlock. A declined payment does not deliver the lead; abandoned checkout releases the reservation after expiry.
What you receive
A lead is a customer request, not a guaranteed appointment or job. Planning estimates use sample rates until calibrated. The customer has requested a walkthrough time, which you must confirm directly. Customers can change plans, decline a quote, or stop responding. We do not guarantee volume, customer responses, hiring, or revenue.
Plus subscription
Plus costs $29.99 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. It includes paid featured placement, a booking page, shareable link, QR code, and direct requests with no additional lead fee. Marketplace leads remain separately priced. Featured placement is not a verification badge or an endorsement. Direct requests are routed only to the selected company.
Cancellation
Cancel the Plus subscription through Manage billing & subscription in your account before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not refund prior purchases or the current period automatically. Mandatory legal rights remain in effect. Contact support if you cannot access billing.
Invalid lead review
Request a review within seven calendar days of purchase at support@project-porch.com. Include the lead ID, purchase date and relevant evidence. We review duplicate requests already purchased by the same company, materially incorrect contact information, fabricated requests, and incorrect service or coverage matching at purchase. An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Review and refunds are handled manually; no automatic credit is promised. A customer declining your quote or not hiring you alone does not establish an invalid lead. This policy does not limit rights required by law.
Confidentiality and compliance
Use private details only to respond to that project. Do not resell, forward to competing companies, scrape contact information, or use it for unrelated marketing. Honor requests to stop contact. Maintain applicable licenses, permits and insurance. Optional verified badges require manual evidence review and are distinct from account access and paid placement.
Your purchase record
We record the fee, currency, terms version, acceptance time, and transaction identifiers. If the price changes before checkout, you must review it again. Card details are handled by Stripe. Your agreement for service work is with the customer, not ProjectPorch.
